Air Fryer Steak Bites And Potatoes
Air fryer comfort food doesn’t get any better than air fryer steak bites and potatoes. Cubes of sirloin steak are cooked with cubed potatoes for the ultimate easy air fryer dinner.

Ingredients
- 500 g Sirloin Steaks/New York Strip
- 1 large white potato
- ½ Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tsp dried parsley
- salt & pepper

Instructions
- Slice the steak into cubes and season with salt and pepper.
- Then slice the potatoes into cubes. Place the potatoes and everything else but the steak bites into a mixing bowl and mix well with your hands.
- Place the seasoned potatoes into the air fryer basket and air fry for 12 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Shake the potatoes and add in the steak bites and mix with a spatula.
- Air fry, the steak bites and potatoes for a further 6 minutes for medium, 8 minutes for well done, and 4 minutes for rare/medium at the same temperature before serving.

Notes
- Steak. You can mix and match your air fryer steak bites with other similar sized steak that you like. Though only use steak that you would normally use for cooking steak with as you don’t want tough meat.
