Air Fryer Strawberry Shortcake

Air Fryer Strawberry Shortcake is simple to make and tastes amazing with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuits 8 count
  • 1 quart strawberries chopped
  • 2-4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can whipped topping or whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  2. Place biscuits in your greased air fryer basket. Make sure they are not touching. I am able to make four at a time.
  3. Air fry at 330ºF for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Prepare strawberries by combining the with sugar in a small bowl.
  5. Using a fork, smash them to create a strawberry syrup.
  6. When biscuits are cooled, cut the into two layers.
  7. On the bottom layer, put whipped topping.
  8. Followed by a layer of strawberry syrup.
  9. Place the top of the biscuit on.
  10. Followed by more strawberry syrup and whipped topping.
  11. Serve.
  12. Enjoy every bite.
