Air-Fryer Stuffed Chicken Breasts

A little trick to spice up a classic chicken breast.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach chopped
  • 2 teaspoons garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Meanwhile, prepare the chicken by cutting a pocket into the side of each breast to hold the filling.
  2. Combine olive oil, paprika, half the salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  3. Mix together the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan, mayonnaise, chopped spinach, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and the remaining salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Stuff the cream cheese mixture into the pockets of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping. Cook in batches if necessary.
  6. Air-fry the chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
