Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms
Stuffed with cheesy salsa and topped with crispy breadcrumbs, these Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms are the perfect quick appetizer (done in less than 20 minutes)!

Ingredients
- 15 large mushrooms
- 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- 5 tablespoon grated parmesan
- ½ cup cream cheese softened
- ⅓ cup grated cheddar cheese
- 3 tablespoon salsa
- 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning optional
- ⅓ teaspoon salt
Notes
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Using a baking sheet, lightly sprayed with oil spray, place the mushrooms on to sheet until full but the mushrooms aren't touching. Lightly spray the top of the mushrooms with oil and then place into the preheated oven. Cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the top is golden brown. Remove and serve.
- To reheat: Add back to air fryer and lightly spray the tops with oil spray. Cook for 4-5 minutes at 350 degrees.
- To bake in oven:
