Ingredients
- 1 lb sweet potato peeled and cut in ½ inch cubes (approximately 2 small potatoes)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ to ½ tsp ground pepper
- Oil spray
Instructions
- Toss the peeled and diced sweet potatoes with the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, paprika, and ground pepper.
- Add the diced sweet potatoes to the air fryer basket, while some overlap is okay, try to keep it as close to a single layer as possible.
- Air fry the sweet potato cubes at 400F for 10 minutes. Give the basket a shake and spray a bit of oil on top and air fry for another 5 minutes.
