Ingredients

  • 4 medium sweet potatoes, washed, cut into ½-inch sticks
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  1. In a large bowl combine sweet potatoes, oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to evenly coat.
  2. Working in batches, place the sweet potatoes into the basket of your air fryer in a single layer.
  3. Air fry* at 350°F for 16-18 minutes, or until they reach your desired crispness, flipping the fries (or shaking the basket) halfway through cooking.
  4. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
