Air fryer sweet potato fries are a simple, yet totally delicious side dish or snack made in just 15 minutes and are only 128 calories per serving! Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon EACH garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat air fryer to 400ºF.
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice into fries or wedges.
- Transfer the potatoes to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with the oil and spices. Mix until fully coated then transfer to pre-heated air fryer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway or shaking the basket, until cooked. Depending on how small your air fryer is, you may need to cook in batches.
- Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
