Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Air fryer sweet potato fries are a simple, yet totally delicious side dish or snack made in just 15 minutes and are only 128 calories per serving! Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and perfectly seasoned, these fries are easy to make and packed with flavor. Enjoy them with your favorite dipping sauce!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon EACH garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 400ºF.
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice into fries or wedges.
  3. Transfer the potatoes to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with the oil and spices. Mix until fully coated then transfer to pre-heated air fryer.
  4. Cook for 10-12 minutes, tossing halfway or shaking the basket, until cooked. Depending on how small your air fryer is, you may need to cook in batches.
  5. Serve with ketchup or your favorite dipping sauce.
