Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  2. Wash and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges. In a large bowl, toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Arrange the wedges in a single layer in the air-fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wedges are golden and crispy.
