Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash and dry the tomatoes. Slice the tomatoes in half if desired.
- Put them in a bowl and drizzle them with olive oil. Sprinkle on the garlic powder and salt and toss to coat.
- Put the tomatoes in the basket in a single layer. Air fry the them at 390 degrees F for 8-10 minutes (20-25 minutes for larger size tomatoes).

Notes
- If roasting larger tomatoes air fry them for 20-25 minutes.
- Use parchment paper in the air fryer basket to simplify cleanup.
