Air Fryer Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 5 pound bone-in, skin-on turkey breast thawed
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  2. Rub the turkey breast on the top and sides with butter, being sure to get under the skin too. Then place the turkey breast in the air fryer basket.
  3. Mix the garlic salt, poultry seasoning, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning all over the turkey breast.
  4. Cook for 55 minutes at 350 degrees F. The turkey is done when the skin is golden and crispy and the internal temperature is 160 degrees F.
  5. Remove the turkey breast from the air fryer and let rest on a cutting board for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

  • This recipe will work for a 3-pound to 5-pound turkey breast. Be sure your air fryer to larger enough to handle whichever size turkey breast you purchase.
