Air Fryer Turkey Breast

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lb boneless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, salt, thyme, rosemary, sage, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the turkey breast on all sides.
  4. Place the turkey in the basket of your air fryer. Cook for 30 minutes at 350ºF. Turn the breast over, and continue to cook until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the breast registers 165ºF, about 30 more minutes.
  5. Remove the turkey from the air fryer basket and allow it to sit for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
