Ingredients

  • 6 pound Bone-in Turkey Breasts defrosted
  • 2 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp minced garlic 
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees F. *If you air fryer does not have a preheat oven, run it at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes.
  2. Rub the melted butter and the minced garlic all over the turkey breast.
  3. Mix all the other seasoning together in a small bowl and then rub this seasoning mixture all over the skin side of the turkey breast.
  4. Place the turkey breast in the air fryer and cook for 45-55 minutes depending on the size of your breast until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  5. Let the turkey breast rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
  6. Slice, serve and enjoy!
