Air Fryer Turkey Legs

Ingredients
- 2 turkey legs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoon diamond crystal salt or 3/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Pat turkey legs dry and brush with oil.
- Sprinkle on the seasoning and rub all over the legs.
- Place in your air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 400°F. Flip and cook another 15 minutes.
- Using a digital thermometer, ensure that the thickest part of the turkey leg is at least 165°F. If not, cook another 5 minutes and check again. Repeat as necessary.
- Allow turkey legs to rest at least 10 minutes after cooking, then serve with desired sides.
