Air Fryer Turkey Legs

Moist, tender, seasoned turkey legs cooked in the air fryer.

Ingredients

  • 2 turkey legs
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon diamond crystal salt or 3/4 teaspoon table salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all the seasonings in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Pat turkey legs dry and brush with oil.
  3. Sprinkle on the seasoning and rub all over the legs.
  4. Place in your air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 400°F. Flip and cook another 15 minutes.
  5. Using a digital thermometer, ensure that the thickest part of the turkey leg is at least 165°F. If not, cook another 5 minutes and check again. Repeat as necessary.
  6. Allow turkey legs to rest at least 10 minutes after cooking, then serve with desired sides.
