Air Fryer Turkey Thighs. Let me introduce you to the best ever turkey thigh you have ever eaten. This turkey thigh is cooked to perfection in the air fryer, has delicious crispy skin, is juicy in the centre and perfect for a roast dinner for two.

Ingredients

Air Fryer Turkey Thighs Ingredients:
  • 1.1 kg Large Turkey Thigh
  • 100 g Frozen Brussel Sprouts
  • 150 g Frozen Roast Potatoes
  • 150 g Frozen Parsnips
  • 4 Air Fryer Stuffing Balls
  • 1 Gravy Boat Turkey Gravy
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp rosemary
  • 1 Tbsp chicken seasoning
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place turkey thigh into the air fryer basket and smoother with extra virgin olive oil. Then season well with rosemary and salt, and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes at 180c/360f.
  2. After 30 minutes add frozen parsnips, frozen roast potatoes and frozen sprouts into the gaps and cook for another 20 minutes at the same temperature.
  3. When the air fryer beeps remove the veggies and place in a serving dish and turn the turkey thigh over. Add stuffing balls and turkey gravy into the gaps and cook for a final 12 minutes at the same temperature.
  4. Optional. Whilst the turkey is resting and being sliced, reheat the sides for 4 minutes at 160c/320f.
  5. Plate everything up and enjoy.

Notes

  • Clear Out. I used this recipe as an opportunity to clear out the freezer and used half bags of parsnips, potatoes, and sprouts. You can do similar and mix and match ingredients.
  • Prep. I made ahead some of my favourite air fryer stuffing balls and placed these in the gaps. For air frying stuffing, its much easier because it doesn’t need to take up a lot of room in the air fryer to be successful.
