Air Fryer Wild Mushrooms
Wild mushrooms that totally taste like vegan bacon. SUPER crispy, healthy and tons of umami flavor in every bite.
Ingredients
- 1 pound wild mushrooms any type
- 1 teaspoon thyme fresh, leaves only
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine.
- Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook on 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until edges of mushrooms are crispy.
