Ingredients

  • 1 pound wild mushrooms (any type you love)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, leaves only
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine. 
  2. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket and cook on 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until edges of mushrooms are crispy.
