Ingredients

  • 3/4 pound ground pork
  • 1/2 pound Shrimp finely chopped
  • 4 scallions thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ginger minced, fresh
  • 1 garlic minced, clove
  • 30 wonton wrappers
  • cooking oil for spraying

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together pork, shrimp, scallions, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger, and garlic until well combined.
  2. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold over to form a triangle, and press edges to seal.
  3. Spray or brush the wontons with oil. Arrange in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook in the air fryer at 370°F for about 7 minutes, then flip the wontons and continue cooking for another 5-7 minutes until golden and crisp.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
