Air Fryer Yorkshire Pudding Wrap

If you love Yorkshire puddings and want to make a Yorkshire pudding wrap from your leftover roast dinner, then this is the easy air fryer Yorkshire wrap method.

Ingredients

  • 400 g Leftover Roast Dinner
  • 2 Giant Yorkshire Puddings frozen
Kitchen Gadgets
  • Cosori Air Fryer

Instructions

  1. Place your frozen Yorkshire pudding in the air fryer and cook for 1 minute at 180c/360f.
  2. Flatten the Yorkshire pudding with either your hand or a rolling pin.
  3. Load the Yorkshire pudding with a mix of your leftovers and then place the loaded Yorkshire pudding back in the air fryer.
  4. Air fry for a further 3 minutes at 180c/360f or until piping hot. Fold your Yorkshire pudding in half to transform into a wrap before tucking in.

Notes

  • Quantity. Avoid overfilling your wrap otherwise it will spill out as you fold it over.
  • Dry. Gravy is essential otherwise you will have a very dry wrap.
