Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini large
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon Parmesan Cheese optional, finely grated

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into 1/2-inch thick slices and toss with oil and a sprinkle of salt.
  2. Place the slices in the mesh basket of the air fryer in a single layer and cook at 400°F for 10 minutes.
  3. Flip the zucchini and cook for another 8-10 minutes until cooked to your liking,
  4. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
