Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds or half moons, medium
  • 2 yellow squash sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds or half moons, medium
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Combine the sliced vegetables in a large bowl, then toss them with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and Italian seasoning until fully coated.
  3. Place the seasoned vegetables into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 400°F for 12 to 17 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Once done, remove and serve warm.
