Alabama White Sauce
Alabama White Sauce can be found all over the Southeast Southern states of the U.S. We love how the horseradish blends so perfectly with the vinegar and pepper for an amazingly delicious tangy sauce! Use on pork chops, ribs, and grilled chicken.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon dark corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon horseradish sauce prepared
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice Usually one half of a lemon, fresh
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper pickled, minced
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours before serving.
