Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon dark corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice Usually one half of a lemon
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon pickled jalapeno, minced
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and up to 24 hours before serving.
