This all purpose Greek seasoning is ideal for marinades, salad dressings, roasted potatoes, grilled veggies and more. Made with just a few simple spices you have on hand, this Greek souvlaki seasoning is a great way to enhance the flavor on just about anything!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound salt (roughly 1.6 cups)
  • 1 cup dried oregano
  • ½ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup black pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl then place in an air tight container. Makes three cups. Sprinkle as you wish on everything from chicken to eggs to salads and more.
