All-Purpose Miso Sauce

This All-Purpose Miso Sauce combines miso paste, mirin, sake, and sugar to create a balanced, savory-sweet condiment. Its thick, paste-like consistency works well as a marinade for proteins or blended into dressings, providing a depth of umami flavor. The sauce's adaptability makes it a useful staple for adding Japanese-inspired taste to various dishes.
