Almond Butter Latte Recipe

Get your day off to a delicious start with this creamy almond butter latte. It's a nutritious take on a latte with just enough coffee flavor and plenty of foam on top. It's easy to make, and with a balance of protein and fats, it will keep you going all morning!

Ingredients

  • 1 1 cup hot brewed coffee
  • 1 1 tablespoon creamy almond butter
  • 1 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 1 teaspoon maple syrup optional, to taste
  • 1 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides see notes
  • A pinch of cinnamon to sprinkle on top

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients except the cinnamon into your blender. Put the lid on tightly, and blend on high until frothy, about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour the latte into your mug and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top.

Notes

  • We use Vital Proteins Collagen Powder as it easily dissolves into hot liquid and does not gel. If you use a different brand, test it first to make sure that you can use it with hot liquid.
