Ingredients
- 2 containers Greek yogurt (5.3 ounce each/150 grams)--any flavor, I used Vanilla
- 1 egg large
- 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
optional
- blueberries 24 pieces, fresh
Coating:
- 1/2 cup almond or any nut, or your favorite cookies crushed, crushed
- Optional:
- honey drizzle
Notes
- Stored in the fridge in an airtight container, these Greek yogurt cheesecake bites keep fresh for a week.
- I like to have a fresh blueberry at the center of each cheesecake bite, but that's optional. Raspberries or red currants would be great additions as well.
- Use any nut you like for the coating! Pistachios, almonds, walnuts, pecans - it all works!
