Ingredients

  • 2 containers Greek yogurt (5.3 ounce each/150 grams)--any flavor, I used Vanilla
  • 1 large egg
  • 1.5 tablespoons  all-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
optional
  • fresh blueberries (24 pieces)
Coating:
  • 1/2 cup Crushed almonds ( or any nut, or your favorite cookies crushed)
  • Optional:
  • Drizzle of honey

Notes

  • Stored in the fridge in an airtight container, these Greek yogurt cheesecake bites keep fresh for a week. 
  • I like to have a fresh blueberry at the center of each cheesecake bite, but that's optional. Raspberries or red currants would be great additions as well. 
  • Use any nut you like for the coating! Pistachios, almonds, walnuts, pecans - it all works!
