Almond Energy Balls with Cranberry, Maple and Vanilla are bite-sized snacks made by combining almond butter, oats, finely chopped pecans, and dried cranberries. The pecans can be toasted for added flavor before mixing. These no-bake energy balls come together into a chewy, slightly sweet treat with a hint of vanilla and maple, suitable for a quick snack or on-the-go energy boost.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp pecans finely chopped
- 1/2 Cup almond fluff butter D's Naturals, vanilla maple infused
- 1/2 Cup oats not old fashioned!, gluten free, quick-cooking
- 1/4 Cup dried cranberries finely chopped, 2 Tbsp
- salt pinch
Instructions
- Optional, but recommended: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and place the pecans on a small baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes until golden brown and toasted, watching closely to make sure they don't burn.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients, adding the pecans at the end. Stir until well combined the mixture comes together into a dough.
- Roll into balls and DEVOUR!
