Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg large
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce optional
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese optional, shredded
  • basil optional, leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Add the eggs and olive oil to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and press it into a thin, even layer, about 10 inches in diameter.
  5. Bake the crust for 12-15 minutes, or until it begins to turn golden brown.
  6. Carefully remove the crust from oven and add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, and basil, if desired. Return to oven and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven, slice, and serve hot.
