This Amazing Chocolate Protein Shake blends chocolate protein powder with frozen banana, cocoa powder, and milk to create a smooth, creamy drink with a rich chocolate flavor. Optional peanut butter adds a nutty depth, while chia or flaxseeds provide extra texture and nutrients. Served chilled, it offers a satisfying protein boost ideal for post-workout recovery or a nutritious snack.
Ingredients
- 1 coop (25 grams) chocolate protein powder
- 1 banana in chunks, frozen
- ½ Tablespoon cocoa powder
- ¾ cup milk used almond milk
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter optional*
- ½ Tablespoon chia seeds optional, or ground flaxseed
- handful of ice
- Whipped Cream optional
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into your blender except the whipped cream and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, add a little whipped cream on top, if desired and enjoy.
Notes
- Reduce banana quantity to lower sugar content, though creaminess will decrease.
- Peanut butter adds flavor but is optional; peanut butter powder can reduce calories and fat.
