These are great with a cold glass of milk and a couple more cookies in your mouth. Once you start, it will be hard to stop snacking on these amazing cookies.

Ingredients
- 1 (9.6-ounce) bag mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ cup softened unsalted butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 beaten large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Unwrap 1 (9.6-ounce) bag mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and have them ready.
- In a medium sized bowl, sift together 1¾ cups all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon salt, and 1 teaspoon baking soda, set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl add ½ cup softened unsalted butter , ½ cup granulated sugar, ½ cup peanut butter, and ½ cup packed light brown sugar and beat until fluffy. Beat in 1 beaten large egg , 1 teaspoon vanilla extract , and 2 tablespoons milk. Add the flour mixture. Mix well.
- Shape into one inch balls and place in ungreased mini muffin pan. Bake for 6-8 minutes. Immediately press a peanut butter cup into each ball. Cool and carefully remove from pan.
