Ambrosia Fruit Salad
This light and refreshing Ambrosia Fruit Salad is so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 large orange peeled and sectioned, or 2-3 mandarin oranges
- 1/4 cup pineapple crushed
- 1/4 cup coconut
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar or to taste
- cherries to garnish if desired
Instructions
- Mix the orange sections and pineapple in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle coconut on top.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and garnish with cherries.
