This espresso infused steak rub hits all of the right flavor notes with smoky ancho chili powder, garlic, onion powder, and just a hint of sweetness from the addition of cinnamon and cocoa powder.

  • 1 Tablespoon turbinado sugar
  • 2 teaspoons espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dehydrated onion
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
