Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender (put the liquid in first). Blend until smooth.
  2. Check the consistency of the smoothie. If you want the smoothie to be thicker, then add more ice. If you want the smoothie to be thinner, add more milk.
  3. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • This smoothie is best enjoyed immediately but you can store the smoothie in the freezer for a few hours if needed. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 30-60 minutes to defrost out before enjoying.
