- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana sliced
- 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup non-fat milk
- 1/2 cup ice
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a blender (put the liquid in first). Blend until smooth.
- Check the consistency of the smoothie. If you want the smoothie to be thicker, then add more ice. If you want the smoothie to be thinner, add more milk.
- Serve and enjoy!
