Anti-Inflammatory Golden Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon turmeric paste
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 teaspoon honey organic

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Heat up milk in a sauce pan. Once milk turns hot remove it from heat.
  2. Add turmeric paste into a cup.
  3. Pour hot milk.
  4. Add honey as per taste into the cup, Best use organic honey.
  5. Stir and drink immediately.
  6. If you prefer you can top it with dried rose petals, or a pinch of turmeric powder or even chopped nuts like walnuts or almonds.
