Ingredients

  • 8 prosciutto , slices
  • 16 ciliegine (1 inch) mozzarella balls
  • 16 sun dried tomatoes in oil
  • 16 basil leaves

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Cut prosciutto slices in half.
  2. Fold up prosciutto and place one sun dried tomato, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball on top of it.
  3. Skewer with a toothpick.
