Ingredients
Apple, Bacon and Gorgonzola Salad
- 1 bag (12 ounces) spring salad mix
- 3 romaine lettuce hearts rinsed then chopped
- 8 lices Bacon cooked then crumbled, applewood smoked
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1 Granny Smith apple sliced, large
- 1/2 cup pecans toasted
- 1/3 cup gorgonzola cheese
Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 Tablespoons balsamic vinegar good
- 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder or a squeeze of dijon mustard, dry
- black pepper few twists, freshly cracked

- Place all salad ingredients into a large salad bowl. Toss to combine.

Sweet Balsamic Vinaigrette:
- Combine all vinaigrette ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk together until combined. It takes a couple minutes. Pour dressing over the top of salad and gently toss again. Serve immediately and enjoy!
