Apple Bread
This apple bread bakes up in about an hour and comes absolutely loaded with tender chunks of apple and buttery pecans. The crackly cinnamon sugar topping adds the perfect contrast in texture to the soft bread.

Notes
- We do not peel the apples for this recipe, but you can if you prefer. We don’t really notice the texture of the peel after baking and like the little pops of color it adds to the bread.
- We dice the apples very small by using the small blade in this chopper. Slice the apples into ½ inch thick slices and then place the slices one by one in the tool to quickly dice them. You can do this by hand, but be sure to chop them small, about ¼ to ½ inch cubes.
