Apple Brie Bruschetta
With just three ingredients, this super quick and easy apple brie bruschetta is perfect for unexpected guests or an impromptu evening with your significant other.
Ingredients
- 1 baguette sliced 1/4 inch thick, French
- 5 oz Brie cheese spreadable, package
- 1 apple cored and thinly sliced, Granny Smith
Instructions
- Set oven to high broil
- Spread each slices of baguette with Brie
- Top with an apple slice and place on baking sheet
- Broil on high until edges of bread are slightly browned, about 2 minutes
- Serve warm
