Apple Caramel Cake Mix Cookies

An apple caramel cake mix turns into amazing soft, chewy apple caramel cookies! These were our last night sweet fix and they were perfect!

Ingredients

  • one box Duncan Hines Apple Caramel Cake Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter softened

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl until completely mixed together.
  3. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet approximately 2 inches apart using a small cookie scoop. Press your thumb into the top creating an indent.
  4. Prepare the caramel packet and fill each thumbprint in the cookie. You can add in a bit more so that it's over the top a bit, it doesn't have to be level.
  5. Cool in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, until the edges are cooked and the middle is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool on baking sheets completely.

  • The nutritional values are not correct as the third party calculator doesn't have the cake mix
