Apple Chips

Crunchy, crispy, and slightly sweet; it must be these two-ingredient apple chips!

Ingredients

  • 3 apple such as Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala, large
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and thinly slice the apples to about 1/8-inch thickness using a mandoline or sharp knife. Remove the seeds from each slice.
  3. Arrange apple slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour. Flip the apple slices and continue baking for another hour.
  5. Turn off the oven and let the apple chips remain inside as the oven cools for 30 minutes to crisp up further. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
