Ingredients

  • 1-2 oz vodka
  • 3 oz apple cider
  • 1 oz seltzer water
  • 1 teaspoon fig jam
  • ice handful
  • fig fresh figs, apple slices and for garnish
  • apple
  • cinnamon stick

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put apple cider and fig jam into a cocktail shaker and shake well.  If fig jam doesn't mix well, use a whisk to mix.  
  2. Add vodka.  Shake again.  
  3. Add ice to a glass and pour in.  Garnish with apple slices, figs and a cinnamon stick or a sprinkle of cinnamon. 

Notes

  • If fig jam is unavailable, substitute with simple syrup for sweetness, though without the fig flavor.
  • Shake well to fully mix apple cider and fig jam before adding vodka.
  • Serve the cocktail over ice with garnishes to enhance aroma and presentation.
