Ingredients

  • 4 oz apple cider
  • 2 oz orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz lime juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ cup ginger beer
  • apple for garnish, slices
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass: Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to keep the mocktail chilled.
  2. Mix the base: In a shaker or small pitcher, combine the apple cider, orange juice, lime juice, honey or maple syrup and cinnamon stick. Stir well to blend the flavors.
  3. Add ginger beer: Pour the mixture into the glass and top with ginger beer for a refreshing and spicy fizz.
