Ingredients

For the apple cider mimosa
  • 20 ounces sparkling wine
  • 12 ounces apple cider
For the cinnamon sugar rim
  • 2 TBSP granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 TBSP apple cider
Garnish
  • apple slices

Instructions

Prepare the glasses
    Cup of Yum
  1. Mix together the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Pour about 1 Tablespoon of apple cider in a shallow bowl or small rimmed plate. Dip the rim of the champagne glass into the apple cider, then lift and allow excess to drip off. Dip wet rim into cinnamon sugar.
Make Apple Cider Mimosa
  1. Pour 2-3 ounces of apple cider into the glass. Top with champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish glass with an apple slice if desired.
