Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Apple Cider Vinaigrette is a simple salad dressing made by whisking together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, and garlic. Seasoned with salt and pepper, it brings a tangy, slightly sweet, and savory flavor that complements salads and vegetables. The raw garlic adds a mild pungency, while the honey balances the acidity. It stores well in an airtight jar and can be shaken before use.
