Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1/3 cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a steady stream, pour in the olive oil whisking as you add it. Whisk until smooth and incorporated.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator in a sealable container until you're ready to serve with your salad!
