Apple Cider Vinaigrette

Apple cider vinaigrette is light, tangy, and extremely versatile - it's delicious on virtually any salad. And it's much fresher and bolder than a store-bought version. Give it a try!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a small bowl and whisk together.
  2. Pour into a serving jar and enjoy. Or store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes
