Ingredients

  • 3 apples any variety, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sugar brown or white, adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Peel, core, and chop the apples into small chunks.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon, and water.
