Ingredients
- 1 crisp apple sliced
- 2 Tablespoons of sugar I used 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon coconut sugar and Stevia
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 tube of crescent rolls
- 2 Tablespoons of vegan butter melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
- Place apples on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
- While apples are baking, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Roll out crescent rolls and lightly brush with vegan butter and sprinkle each with a little of the sugar mixture.
- Roll an apple into each crescent roll and brush the tops with vegan butter and sprinkle more sugar on top. Bake according to package.
