Ingredients

  • 1/3 lemon skin removed
  • 220 g red grapes stalks removed
  • 2 kiwi fruits peeled
  • 3 apples I used Cox

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Juice the fruits in the order listed.
  2. Stir and serve.
  3. Makes 600 mls.
